Our client is seeking Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in performance marketing, digital communication, and CRM/Martech to drive customer acquisition, enhance brand visibility, and optimize lead conversion for our Executive Education programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns ( Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn) to maximize ROI.
• Analyze KPIs (CTR, CAC, conversion rates) and refine strategies based on data insights.
Digital Communication:
• Develop engaging content strategies for email, social media, and web channels.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
CRM & Martech:
• Implement CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track and nurture leads.
• Leverage marketing automation for personalized campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting:
• Monitor web traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
• Generate actionable reports for leadership.
Collaboration:
• Partner with sales, design, and content teams to align marketing efforts.
Basic Qualifications:
• 4–7 years in performance marketing, CRM, and digital communication.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and automation tools.
• Expertise in customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing.
• Budget management and target-driven mindset.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
