Business Development Manager at Supro Consulting
Supro Consulting helps businesses grow by connecting them with financial solutions and expert advice. We’re looking for someone to help us expand our network and build strong relationships with financial advisors.
You’ll be responsible for bringing new advisors onto our platform – essentially, recruiting them to join Supro Consulting. A big part of the role will be working *with* these advisors to help them generate new business for their clients. You’ll also lead and motivate a team of advisors, making sure they have the support they need to succeed. This includes providing training and guidance to help them reach their goals.
To be successful here, you should have around 2 years of experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance. A graduation degree is essential. We need someone who can communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing. It’s important that you are already living in the city where the role is based, as travel within the area will be required. You’ll also need your own two-wheeler for getting around.
The CTC for this position is up to 4.5 Lakhs per annum. This is an on-roll position, meaning you’ll be a direct employee of Supro Consulting. The work will be primarily onsite, based in India.
