Own the end‑to‑end quality of Draup’s massive talent‑intelligence data as its Data Czar. You’ll set the data agenda, embed AI‑first tooling, and ensure every entity meets enterprise‑grade standards.

What You’ll Do
Define data capture strategy across 27K+ skills, 3.5K+ roles, locations, and industries.
Audit and QA datasets for accuracy, coverage, freshness, and integrity.
Build LLM‑driven prompts, evals, and guardrails to scale research and QA.
Design agentic workflows that stitch tools, data, and models into end‑to‑end pipelines.
Set data‑governance metrics meeting SOC 2, GDPR, and ISO 27001 standards.

What You Need
5‑9 years hands‑on data research, quality, or analytics‑engineering experience.
Proficient in Python and SQL; comfortable with large, real‑world datasets.
Experience with modern data tooling (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Snowflake).
Solid understanding of ML concepts and GenAI/LLM evaluation.
Daily practice prompting LLMs such as ChatGPT or Claude.

Good to Have
Experience with NLP, entity resolution, taxonomy design, or large‑scale ETL.
Built RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, or LLM fine‑tuning.
