Intern – Affiliate Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to digital creators through diverse channels, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our monetisation products.
• Onboard creators onto the platform, guiding them through the setup process and addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize creator revenue, including providing personalized recommendations and support.
• Monitor creator activity and engagement on the platform, proactively addressing any issues or barriers to usage.
• Collaborate closely with dev and product teams to improve the product through creator feedback and contribute insights to inform product enhancements.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, creator interactions, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with creators from diverse backgrounds.
• Thinking and creative problem-solving abilities to devise effective outreach strategies and adapt to evolving challenges.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends is preferred.
• Previous experience in affiliate marketing, influencer outreach, or customer support is a plus.

Job Description:

As an Affiliate Marketing Outreach Intern, you will play a pivotal role in executing our outreach program. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with digital creators across various platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, blogs, and messaging apps (e.g., Telegram, WhatsApp channels). You will introduce and explain our monetisation products to creators and provide guidance and support to maximize their revenue potential. Your efforts will be instrumental in both, onboarding new creators and ensuring their retention.

Duration 

This is a 3-month internship position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. While there is no monthly stipend, interns will have the opportunity to earn bonuses based on their performance, plus, the advantage of working with The Times Group.
