**We’re currently hiring for the following internship roles:**
* **Solar Field Operations Intern:** Get on-site and directly involved in project execution.
* **Growth & Digital Marketing Intern:** Drive leads and build our brand through innovative content and campaigns.
* **Solar Performance & Audit Intern:** Analyze and optimize solar system performance.
* **Operations & Customer Success Intern:** Support seamless operations and build strong customer relationships.
**What You’ll Do:**
* **Impact Real Projects:** Work directly on live solar installations and projects.
* **Customer Engagement:** Interact with clients, residential communities, and businesses.
* **Sales & Business Development:** Generate leads, present our services, and contribute to closing deals.
* **Operational Support:** Assist with on-the-ground service delivery and operations.
* **Growth Initiatives:** Participate in marketing campaign execution and growth experiments.
* **Startup Culture:** Be a key player in building a company from the ground up.
**Who We’re Looking For:**
* **Students:** Currently enrolled in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics) or a Business-related degree (MBA, BBA, Marketing, Entrepreneurship).
* **Action-Oriented:** You prefer practical application and learning by doing.
* **Field-Ready:** Comfortable with on-site work and physical activity.
* **Driven & Responsible:** Serious about learning the ins and outs of business and taking ownership of your work.
* **Mobile:** Willingness to travel extensively – **a two-wheeler is required.**
**Internship Details:**
* **Duration:** 6-12 Months
* **Location:** Hadapsar, Pune
* **Stipend:** Performance-Based
* **Pay:** ₹5,000.00 – ₹104,651.65 per month
* **Hours:** No more than 45 per week
* **Contract Length:** 12 months
* **Job Types:** Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Permanent
