We are seeking an experienced IT Network Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, including switches, networks, hardware, camera surveillance systems, and Outlook. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Switch Handling: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot switches to ensure optimal network performance.
2. Network Management: Design, implement, and manage local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks.
3. Hardware Management: Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.
4. Camera Surveillance: Install, configure, and troubleshoot camera surveillance systems to ensure security and safety.
5. Outlook Management: Manage and troubleshoot Outlook email and calendar systems.
6. IT Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, including network connectivity, hardware failures, and software issues.
7. IT Infrastructure Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal IT infrastructure performance.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT network administration.
3. Certifications: CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Server+, or equivalent certifications.
4. Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong knowledge of network protocols, and experience with IT infrastructure management.
