What You’ll Do
Design and develop Java EE applications using Spring and Hibernate.

Write unit and integration tests following TDD principles.
Collaborate with front‑end teams to deliver web features via Spring MVC.
Optimize application performance through profiling and JVM tuning.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

What You Need
3+ years of hands‑on Java development experience.
Strong knowledge of Java EE internals (classloading, memory, transactions).
Proficiency with JPA2/Hibernate for ORM and SQL databases.
Experience using the Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Data).
Ability to develop web apps with a framework such as Spring MVC, JSF or GWT.
Sun Certified Java Developer certification (SCJD) preferred.
Experience with test‑driven development (TDD) and related tools.
