Java Developer – Spring Boot, AWS & AI Integration — Senior Java Developer – India Join a fast‑growing tech team building secure, AI‑enhanced HR and payroll platforms. You’ll shape backend services, integrate large‑language‑model features responsibly, and help modernise legacy Spring MVC components. This role offers a chance to work with Oracle, AWS‑based cloud infrastructure and cutting‑edge AI tooling. What You’ll Do Design and implement RESTful APIs with Spring Boot (and maintain Spring MVC where needed). Develop and tune Oracle SQL/PLSQL queries for transactional and reporting workloads. Build HR/payroll workflows, validations and integrations while protecting PII and pay data. Contribute to LLM‑augmented features, ensuring data grounding, observability and compliance. Write clear technical designs, unit/integration tests, and conduct code reviews. Diagnose production issues and own end‑to‑end resolution. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to evolve data models and architecture. What You Need 3–5 years of Java backend development experience, including Spring Boot in production. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Strong grasp of core Java APIs, concurrency, and service design. Proven expertise in REST API design (error handling, versioning, idempotency, auth). Hands‑on Oracle SQL/PLSQL development and performance tuning. Experience with Spring MVC in real‑world applications. Practical exposure to LLM‑augmented systems (orchestration, tool calling, data grounding). Good to Have Experience with Spring AI, vector databases, or external model providers. Knowledge of event‑driven architectures using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
