As a developer here, you’ll be working on building and improving the backend of our applications using Java and Spring Boot. You’ll design how things work on the server-side, create RESTful APIs so different parts of the application can talk to each other, and build web pages using Thymeleaf. You’ll also be writing code that’s easy to understand and maintain, finding and fixing any bugs, and working with other developers to make sure everything works well together. You’ll participate in code reviews to learn from your colleagues and improve your skills.
We’re looking for someone who knows the basics of Java and understands object-oriented programming. It would be great if you’re familiar with the Spring Boot framework and have a basic understanding of Thymeleaf. Knowing about REST APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and Git is also helpful. Experience with databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL is a plus.
