About The Opportunity

You’ll work on cutting-edge full-stack projects, leveraging Java and React.js to deliver scalable, high-performance web solutions.
Role & Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
• Build responsive, component-driven user interfaces with React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Implement and enforce best practices for code quality, including unit/integration testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure high availability.
• Document technical designs, participate in sprint planning, and mentor junior developers.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
• 4+ years of hands-on experience building full-stack applications with Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.
• Strong command of JavaScript, React.js (Hooks, Redux), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Proficient in designing and consuming RESTful web services and working with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Solid understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
Preferred
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra) and messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, React Testing Library) and test automation.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and serverless architectures.
