Aximz Technologies is seeking a talented Junior Web Developer to contribute to our growing team in Chennai, India. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 0-1 year of experience eager to build and refine their web development skills.
As a Junior Web Developer, you’ll play a key role in website construction, implementing innovative design elements, and ensuring the robust structure of client websites. You will work closely with senior developers, gaining valuable experience across all phases of web and application design.
Responsibilities include supporting the web development team, assisting with front-end and back-end testing and maintenance, exploring new technologies like digital storage and mobile solutions, and collaborating on the implementation of new web features. You’ll also be responsible for converting various media formats for web compatibility, utilizing user feedback to improve website functionality, and staying current with the latest industry trends.
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proficiency in HTML, Python, JQuery, JSON, and Ajax is essential, alongside a strong understanding of web design and development principles. We are looking for someone with excellent planning, analytical, and critical-thinking skills, a portfolio demonstrating your web design projects, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical environment. Flexibility, goal-orientation, and knowledge of software prototyping and UX design tools are also highly valued.
This is a full-time, on-site position at our Chennai headquarters.
