Kotlin Backend Developer – India
Join a fast‑moving Agile team building high‑performance backend services. You’ll craft scalable APIs with Kotlin, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL, shaping the core of LanceSoft’s product platform.
What You’ll Do
Design and implement scalable microservices using Kotlin and Spring Boot.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs with clean architecture.
Optimize PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and indexes for performance.
Apply Kotlin Coroutines for asynchronous and reactive processing.
Write unit and integration tests with MockK and Mockito.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, participate in code reviews and sprint planning.
What You Need
3+ years Kotlin backend development experience.
Strong expertise in Spring Boot and REST API design.
Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL tuning, indexing, and schema design.
Proficiency with Kotlin Coroutines and reactive programming.
Experience writing tests using MockK and Mockito.
Solid Git version‑control skills and Agile/Scrum familiarity.
Ability to debug production issues and perform root‑cause analysis.
Good to Have
Docker containerization and CI/CD pipeline experience.
Familiarity with event‑driven architecture, messaging systems, or cloud platforms.
Understanding of distributed systems and DevOps practices.
