Experience Required: 7-10 years

Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or related field / MCA (MBA Preferred)

Preferred Background: Experience in health tech projects or government IT systems

Role Overview:

KPMG India is seeking a dynamic Software Development Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of digital health solutions across Jharkhand. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for building scalable, secure, and impactful systems in the public health domain.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead the full software development lifecycle for digital health platforms.

– Collaborate with analysts, consultants, and government stakeholders to align development with project goals.

– Provide technical direction and contribute to strategic planning and architecture.

– Maintain high coding standards and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and security.

– Ensure integration with national health platforms and compliance with government IT frameworks.

Skills Required:

– Strong programming and system architecture knowledge.

– Experience with health informatics platforms and APIs.

– Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

– Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
