What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for multiple business units.
- Create interactive, visually appealing visualizations that deliver actionable insights.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into effective data models.
- Design data transformations and modeling to support reporting needs.
- Analyze data quality and recommend improvements for accuracy.
- Troubleshoot data source connections and optimize report performance.
- Train end‑users and provide ongoing support for Power BI adoption.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics or related field.
- Proven experience building Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying.
- Expertise in data modeling and DAX calculations.
- Ability to convert business requirements into visual analytics.
- Experience migrating Tableau reports to Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good to Have
- Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI certification).
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.
- Knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
- Experience with other BI tools such as QlikView or MicroStrategy.
