You’ll lead Azure‑based data architecture and delivery for enterprise‑grade projects, guiding a sizable engineering team while directly engaging clients. This hands‑on role blends deep technical expertise with leadership, offering the chance to shape modern data solutions for global customers.

What You’ll Do
Define end‑to‑end Azure data architecture and lakehouse designs.
Own delivery of batch, real‑time, and streaming pipelines.
Serve as primary technical liaison for clients and stakeholders.
Drive requirements gathering, solutioning, and technical discussions.
Mentor and manage a team of 15+ data engineers.
Enforce data governance, security, and scalability best practices.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and DevOps groups.

What You Need
10+ years in data engineering, platform, or architecture roles.
10+ years of hands‑on experience with the Azure ecosystem (ADF, Synapse, Databricks, etc.).
Proven track record designing scalable data solutions on Azure.
Experience leading large‑scale data projects from concept to production.
Strong knowledge of lakehouse concepts, ETL/ELT, and real‑time streaming.
Proficiency in data governance, security standards, and performance tuning.
Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and quality metrics.

Good to Have
Exposure to SAP data integration or ERP migration projects.
Familiarity with Databricks Delta Lake or similar technologies.
Experience working with multinational consulting teams.
