Join a dynamic team driving advanced motor‑control solutions through cutting‑edge embedded firmware. You’ll lead development, mentor engineers, and work hand‑in‑hand with hardware and motor‑control specialists to deliver robust products.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement end‑to‑end firmware for BLDC motor control applications.
- Develop and integrate communication stacks (UART, I²C, SPI, CAN).
- Create and maintain RTOS‑based multithreaded architectures.
- Debug hardware using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
- Write test scripts and automation in Python.
- Document designs, track tasks in JIRA, and enforce version control standards.
What You Need
- 10–15 years of embedded C/C++ development on 8/16/32‑bit MCUs.
- Deep knowledge of BLDC motor theory, trapezoidal control, and FOC.
- Proficiency with UART, I²C, SPI, CAN communication protocols.
- Experience with BMS, EEPROM, NAND/NOR flash, and hardware schematics.
- Solid understanding of RTOS, multithreading, and task scheduling.
- Hands‑on debugging using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and function generators.
- Familiarity with Git, Bitbucket, SVN, and JIRA for source and issue management.
Good to Have
- Python scripting for test automation.
- Version‑control workflow expertise with GitHub/Bitbucket.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and conducting code reviews.
The Opportunity
The position is based in Pune and requires full‑time presence at the office, offering the chance to shape next‑generation motor‑control products.
