You’ll lead a talented group of engineers to shape the future of global commerce. What You'll Do Design and develop high‑performance Java applications using JDK 17+. Lead code reviews, ensure adherence to development standards and quality. Architect complex integrations with third‑party middleware and messaging systems. Drive performance engineering and optimize enterprise software architecture. Mentor junior engineers and coach on best practices and AI‑assisted tooling. Contribute to requirements, design, and testing for new product features. Represent the team in public speaking and cross‑functional communications. What You Need 8+ years of Java development experience, JDK 17 or higher. Strong knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, Tomcat, and JSON. Hands‑on expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration. Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Gradle) and automated testing (JUnit). Experience using AI‑assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex. Ability to design and implement enterprise‑level integrations and middleware. Solid understanding of source control in multi‑developer environments. Good to Have Experience with Angular or other modern UI frameworks. Knowledge of agentic AI workflows, multi‑agent orchestration, and responsible AI practices.
