What You’ll Do
- Design and implement high‑throughput C/C++ services on Unix/Linux platforms.
- Own end‑to‑end architecture, ensuring scalability, resiliency and low latency.
- Drive build, test and deployment automation using CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, perform performance tuning and memory optimization.
- Mentor developers, enforce code reviews, TDD and secure coding standards.
- Collaborate with product, QA and operations to prioritize features and releases.
What You Need
- Expertise in C and C++ development for payment‑related cryptographic functions.
- Deep knowledge of Unix/Linux internals, shell scripting and multithreading.
- Hands‑on experience with HSMs (Thales or equivalent) and session‑key derivation.
- Proficiency in socket programming, IPC, memory management and performance tuning.
- Solid grasp of cryptography: Triple DES, AES, and secure key handling.
- Experience with build tools (Make/CMake), gdb, gtest and Git/GitHub.
- Agile, DevOps mindset with CI/CD pipeline implementation.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with Java or Python programming.
- Exposure to cloud‑native or hybrid deployment environments.
- Understanding of OWASP secure coding guidelines.
