What You’ll Do
- Design and implement scalable .NET solutions while actively coding.
- Lead a team of 4–6 developers, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
- Serve as primary technical liaison for external stakeholders and product owners.
- Own API, service, and code‑structure decisions to meet architecture standards.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
- Diagnose and resolve complex functional and technical issues during development.
What You Need
- 8–12 years of hands‑on software development experience.
- Proven Tech Lead or Senior Developer role in agile environments.
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET, microservices, and API design.
- Experience building cloud‑native applications on AWS or equivalent.
- Practical knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
