In this senior role you’ll shape testing strategy and quality standards while leading a high‑performing QA team to deliver flawless software solutions. You’ll partner with product, engineering and business units to embed quality across the delivery lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of testers and QA specialists.
- Define testing requirements and acceptance criteria with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Perform functional, API, and regression testing to uncover defects.
- Analyze test results and recommend process improvements.
- Implement automated testing frameworks and tools to accelerate cycles.
- Stay current on QA best practices and emerging testing technologies.
What You Need
- 10+ years experience in Quality Assurance and testing leadership.
- Strong background in Agile methodology and change management.
- Proven people leadership and client relationship management skills.
- Expertise in API, functional, regression, and UAT testing.
- Hands‑on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman) and test management.
- Ability to drive design thinking and risk management in QA processes.
Good to Have
- ISTQB Certified Tester or CSQA certification.
- Hexawise Test Professional or Selenium Basics certification.
- Experience with Service‑Oriented Architecture (SOA) testing.
