Join a fast‑growing finance team driving financial reporting for India within Salesforce’s global controllership function. You’ll own IND‑AS compliance, audit coordination, and multi‑currency close processes. The role sits in Hyderabad and reports to the India Controller, supporting rapid growth across APAC. What You'll Do Maintain full set of books for India in line with IND‑AS standards. Monitor adherence to corporate accounting policies and local IFRS requirements. Lead statutory audit planning, execution, and timely completion. Coordinate month‑end close and financial statement preparation across multi‑currency entities. Drive special finance projects and process‑automation initiatives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors to resolve issues. What You Need 9+ years finance experience, with at least 5 years at a Big 4 firm. Proven expertise preparing IND‑AS financial statements for a multinational environment. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional certification. Strong knowledge of Indian regulatory compliance and IFRS/IND‑AS standards. Hands‑on experience with ERP systems; ability to quickly learn new tools. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project‑leadership skills. Good to Have Familiarity with Workday Financials, BlackLine, eGRC360, Tableau, Hyperion, or Workiva. Advanced Excel modelling and data‑visualization capabilities. Passion for process improvement and automation.
