What You Need
- Proven track record leading backend engineering teams.
- Deep experience with server‑side technologies and RESTful APIs.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerisation.
- Ability to assess technical debt and drive refactoring.
- Experience designing SDKs, event‑messaging, and cloud‑ready architectures.
- Skilled in building robust testing and release processes.
