What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies and plans.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, thorough testing.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of testers.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to developers and stakeholders.
- Continuously improve testing processes for greater efficiency.
- Identify and escalate risks or issues affecting the testing lifecycle.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging testing tools.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, CS, IT or related field; Master’s a plus.
- 3‑5+ years of QA/testing leadership experience.
- Proficiency with Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Cucumber, and Tricentis Tosca.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and test‑automation frameworks.
- Relevant certifications (ISTQB, CSQA, CSTE, Hexawise, Selenium Basics).
- Advanced English communication skills (C1) and stakeholder management.
Good to Have
- Experience with AI‑driven testing initiatives or AI Gigafactory projects.
- Background in firmware testing or modernizing operations.
