Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive / Account Manager who will be responsible for managing YourDOST B2B Clientele.
This role is for someone who is creative but also very organized such that he/she can setup and optimize processes, do extensive follow ups and measure impact. If you think you are that someone, we can’t wait to have a conversation with you at the earliest.
Responsibilities
Owning up the B2B accounts and making sure client is having weekly / monthly access to the reporting to understand the impact.
Providing overall support to the clients by ensuring that all queries & concerns however they come in (phone, e-mail) are addressed quickly & efficiently.
Designing and executing programs(online or offline) to increase engagement among YourDOST B2B Clientele
Arranging for all logistical things required for smooth functioning of various B2B accounts.
Requirement
- Graduate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Experience in organising events
- Good knowledge of MS office(MS Word, Excel)
- 0-3 yrs of work – experience in a customer facing role
- Ability to be able to speak other languages like Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi is a plus
