Financial Analyst
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, forecasting future revenues and expenses, and supporting strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations.
– Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for management.
– Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
– Conduct variance analysis to compare actuals vs budgets and explain discrepancies.
– Support the development of financial models to assess business opportunities and risks.
– Monitor key financial metrics and identify trends or areas for improvement.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and align on business objectives.
– Assist in ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.
– Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
– Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and economic factors affecting the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Bachelors /master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
– 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
– Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and reporting.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
– Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) is a plus.
– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
– Good communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial information clearly.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
