• Strong experience as Maximo Technical lead/Developer
• Maximo Application Suite 8 experience is preferred
• At least 2 end to end Maximo upgrade project experience
• Strong Experience in Maximo integration and Data Migration
• Strong Experience in Maximo Customization and configurations
• Experience in Maximo MIF, customization, automation script, BIRT reporting, Maximo Configuration, WebSphere configuration
• Experience in using Maximo mobility applications
• Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
• Experience on Migration from EAM to MAS Manage is a plus
