What You’ll Do
Design and develop end‑to‑end web applications with MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js.
Write clean, maintainable code following best‑practice standards.
Implement and consume RESTful APIs, manage state, and handle asynchronous operations.
Collaborate with peers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews and continuously improve code quality.
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimise application performance.
Stay current with emerging web technologies and share findings with the team.

What You Need
Strong grasp of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Basic experience with React components, props, state, and hooks.
Familiarity with Express.js for backend development.
Understanding of MongoDB schema design and CRUD operations.
Knowledge of REST API design and JSON handling.
Practical use of Git for version control.
Experience with npm or yarn and API testing tools (Postman/Thunder Client).

Good to Have
Exposure to TypeScript, NestJS, or Redux.
Awareness of deployment platforms such as Vercel, Render, AWS, or Azure.
Basic sense of UI/UX design principles.
