• Dot Net Developer: Job Description Summary Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior .NET Developer with 7–10 years of hands-on development experience. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level .NET skills, deep SQL Server expertise, strong knowledge of SSIS, and familiarity with AWS cloud technology. You will play a key role in designing and building robust enterprise applications with a strong focus on backend/database development, data integration, and cloud readiness as we prepare to move our systems to AWS Job Description: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core). Build, optimize, and maintain complex SQL Server databases: write advanced stored procedures, functions, views, and ensure performance tuning. Develop and support data integration/ETL processes using SSIS, including package creation, optimization, error handling, and deployment. Collaborate closely with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to interpret requirements and deliver technical solutions that drive business value. Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers as needed. Apply best practices for secure, maintainable, and testable code. Contribute to technical design and documentation. Troubleshoot, debug, and solve production issues related to .NET applications, database, and SSIS jobs. Work with DevOps and infrastructure teams on deployment activities, including initial application deployments on AWS cloud as part of upcoming cloud migrations. Skills and Qualification: 7–10 years of hands-on experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core). Advanced expertise in SQL Server (2016/2019 or higher): schema design, T-SQL, index tuning, query optimization, security, and backup/recovery. Solid experience developing, deploying, and optimizing SSIS packages for ETL/data integration. Good knowledge of AWS cloud concepts and services (e.g., EC2, RDS, S3) and a strong interest in cloud migrations. Sound understanding of software engineering best practices, including source control (GIT), code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities; proven collaborator in a dynamic team environment.
