.NET Production Support Engineer – Pune, Mumbai, Nagpur | Full-Time
Join a high‑impact team that keeps mission‑critical enterprise applications running smoothly. You’ll provide L2/L3 support, tackle complex incidents, and work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
What You’ll Do
Resolve L2/L3 incidents for .NET Core apps within SLA.
Perform root‑cause analysis and apply preventive fixes.
Monitor logs, health, and performance metrics.
Deploy patches, hotfixes, and support production releases.
Coordinate troubleshooting with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Business teams.
What You Need
8–12 years in application support or software engineering.
Strong hands‑on C#, .NET Core, React, and REST API experience.
Proficiency with SQL Server and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of OAuth, NTLM, and SAML authentication.
Proven debugging, analytical, and Agile teamwork skills.
Good to Have
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Background in data transformation, migration, and processing projects.
