Role Description

OFFICE-Based role in north Bangalore (6 days in office only)

This is a full-time role for a strong Front End Next.js Developer. As a Front End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the core FE interface, logic and AI modules, closely collaborating with fellow developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of the application (both Web and app). You will also be involved in designing and implementing data storage using a polyglot persistence model and optimizing the application for scalability and efficiency.

Qualifications (please don’t apply if you don’t have the following)
• Mandatory: Strong knowledge and minimum 3 years’ commercial experience of front-end programming languages (must excel at NextJS/HTML 5/CSS – Tailwind) and frameworks that have been deployed in to Production in a globally-known Product/Technology company.
• Mandatory: Experience in Non-functional requirements
• Mandatory: Expertise in hands-on implementation of coding best practices, SSR, SSG, etc in Next.js
• Mandatory: Deep understanding and experience of event-driven serverless architectures and API-enabled integrations in Google Cloud (GCP) or AWS
• Mandatory: Computer Science Bachelors’ from a good university with GPA of at least 7/10 (we do NOT acceept degrees in Computer Applications, or any other Engineering degree)
• Strong Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Deep Understanding of web performance optimization and web accessibility standards
• Ability to work in a team environment and excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with testing and debugging
• Experience in UI/UX design is a plus
• Deep Understanding and experience of code versioning tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows
• Knowledge of security best practices in development including extensive non-functional requirements
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Self-starter and ability to guide and motivate a small high-performing software engineering team
• Experience with Sql & NoSql database systems such as MongoDb, Redis, Firestore, Cockroachdb, PostgreSQL, etc.
• Experience of Security & Compliance at multiple levels – background in a regulated industry required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
