Senior Node.js Developer (SQL & MongoDB Expertise)
Location: Ahmedabad – Work from Office (WFO)
Experience: Minimum 4 Years
Salary: Up to ₹7,50,000 per month

Role Overview
We are looking for a Node.js Developer with strong expertise in SQL and MongoDB to join our development team. The role involves designing and maintaining server-side applications, integrating with front-end systems, and optimizing performance. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior developers, ensuring best practices, and contributing to technical architecture decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and enhance server-side applications using Node.js.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for integration with front-end applications.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement security best practices and data protection measures.
• Design and maintain database schemas for SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) systems.
• Write efficient and complex SQL queries and MongoDB queries.
• Work with ORM libraries such as Sequelize and Mongoose for database interaction.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup and deployment processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Node.js development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Express.js.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Proficiency in writing optimized and complex database queries.
• Familiarity with ORM tools like Sequelize and Mongoose.
• Knowledge of Git and version control best practices.
• Experience in CI/CD and deployment workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a small team effectively.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹296,378.30 – ₹741,288.97 per year
