Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Frontend Engineer who is passionate about building exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in frontend technologies, performance optimization, web security, and modern frontend architecture.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain scalable, performant, and secure web applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Build responsive UI using HTML, CSS, Flexbox, Grid, and ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability using techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, and tree shaking.
• Implement and adhere to best practices in web security (CORS, XSS, CSRF, Content Security Policy).
• Conduct automated testing (Unit, Integration, E2E) using Jest, Cypress, or Enzyme.
• Work with build tools like Webpack, Vite, and Babel.
• Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews and collaboration.
• Utilize browser DevTools for debugging and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards and conduct audits using ARIA and screen readers.
• Develop Progressive Web Apps (PWA) for a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to bring UX/UI designs to life.
• Design scalable front-end architectures (Atomic Design, Higher-Order Components).
• Implement and manage Micro Frontends where applicable.
• Integrate APIs (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets) seamlessly.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments.
• Understand frontend framework internals (React Fiber, Angular Ivy) for advanced debugging and optimization.
• Leverage WebAssembly where performance is critical.
• Handle state management effectively using Redux, MobX, or similar.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and DOM optimization.
Must-Have Skills
• Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive Design
• Experience with React, Angular, or Vue
• Knowledge of modern frontend tooling (Webpack/Vite/Babel)
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub-based workflows
• Deep knowledge of browser behavior, DOM rendering, and optimization techniques
