Join a leading automotive supplier for a 12‑month software‑engineering internship focused on embedded solutions for electrified powertrains. You’ll work on AUTOSAR‑based code, testing, and verification for inverters, converters, and drive modules, gaining hands‑on experience with industry‑grade safety and cybersecurity standards.
What You’ll Do
Assist developers in designing embedded software for inverters, converters, and drive modules.
Implement and test AUTOSAR‑compliant components under ASPICE and functional‑safety guidelines.
Create verification scripts and automate test cases using Python or other scripting languages.
Develop prototypes to improve efficiency, quality, or capability of automotive software.
Document design, test results, and compliance evidence for cybersecurity and safety standards.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot hardware‑software integration issues.
What You Need
Proficiency in C programming and Python (or similar scripting language).
Understanding of AUTOSAR software architecture.
Experience with multicore microcontrollers and ASICs.
Familiarity with automotive protocols (CAN‑FD, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet).
Knowledge of software testing and verification tools.
Currently pursuing MTech/ME in Electronics, Electrical, Embedded Systems or a related field.
Good to Have
Interest in AI/ML applications for embedded electronics.
Experience with microcontroller‑based projects or proof‑of‑concept work.
Exposure to functional‑safety standards (ISO 26262) preferred.
