Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts.
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services.
This role plays a key part in driving growth, engagement, and conversions across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content, paid media, etc.
– Plan and manage campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
– Optimize performance through A/B testing, analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
– Oversee website performance, UX, and SEO ensuring best practices are followed.
– Manage marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo).
– Collaborate with content creators, designers, and sales teams to align marketing efforts.
– Monitor KPIs and create detailed performance reports to guide strategy and ROI decisions.
– Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and competitor activities.
– Supervise and mentor digital marketing team members or external agencies (if applicable).
Requirements:
– Bachelors /master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
– 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a leadership or strategic role.
– Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
– Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
– Solid analytical skills and experience in data-driven marketing.
– Excellent communication, project management, and team collaboration skills
