Programmer Dev – Pune | Full‑Time Join a leading digital‑engineering firm to build and enhance end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions for global Fortune‑50 clients. You’ll work on both Classic and Lightning platforms, delivering high‑impact features that help enterprises modernize their operations. This role offers exposure to cutting‑edge integration technologies and a collaborative environment that values mentorship and continuous learning. What You’ll Do Design and develop Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs with robust exception handling. Create responsive UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura. Customize and configure Salesforce (roles, profiles, permissions, data management). Implement REST/SOAP APIs to integrate Salesforce with external systems. Support both Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience environments. Gather client requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Coach junior developers and enforce best‑practice coding standards. What You Need 5–8 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience. Strong Apex programming skills, including debugging and exception handling. Proven expertise with LWC and Aura frameworks. Experience building integrations via REST and SOAP APIs. Solid understanding of Salesforce administration (profiles, permission sets, data loads). Ability to interact directly with clients and articulate technical concepts. Effective communication and mentorship capabilities. Good to Have Prior work with Loan Origination System (LOS) processes. Exposure to both Salesforce Classic and Lightning development cycles.
