Project Engineer – Civil with Cushman & Wakefield India Private Limited
Join the PDS-Investors Team at Cushman & Wakefield and contribute to exciting project management consultancy and construction management projects. This role focuses on the execution and oversight of civil and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) work, ensuring projects meet quality standards, specifications, and timelines.
Responsibilities include supervising on-site civil, structural, and PEB construction, verifying contractor submissions like bar bending schedules and anchor bolt settings, and coordinating daily with contractors regarding work assignments and inspections. You will assist the construction manager with planning and progress tracking, verify measurements for billing, prepare daily reports, maintain inspection documentation, and help with punch list completion and handover procedures.
The ideal candidate possesses strong technical knowledge of civil and PEB execution, proven site supervision and coordination skills, and a solid understanding of Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) and safety protocols.
