Job Description
Role Overview:
The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of MERN stack projects, ensuring timely execution, quality, and alignment with business objectives. This person will coordinate between business stakeholders, product, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and manage software development projects from initiation to delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Track progress using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Coordinate cross-functional communication between developers, designers, QA, and product.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reports for leadership.
• Ensure timely delivery while balancing quality and budget.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of project management experience in software development.
• Strong understanding of Agile and project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana).
• Familiarity with MERN stack projects is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• PMP / Scrum Master certification preferred.
