We are looking for a motivated and skilled Python / AL Developer with 1–3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will work on designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central extensions using Python and AL (Application Language).
Key Responsibilities:
Python Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and RESTful APIs.
• Write efficient, reusable, and scalable Python code.
• Integrate with third-party APIs and databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Debug, test, and optimize code for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and DevOps teams to deploy robust solutions.
AL Development (Business Central):
• Develop customizations and extensions using AL for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Create and maintain tables, pages, reports, and codeunits in AL.
• Understand and implement business workflows and logic in Business Central.
• Perform upgrades and manage version control for AL code.
• Work closely with functional consultants and end users to gather requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in software development using Python.
• Experience with AL language and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central development is a strong plus.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
• Familiarity with source control systems like Git.
• Experience with SQL databases and REST APIs.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Docker, Azure DevOps, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial modules.
• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
• Microsoft certifications related to Business Central are advantageous
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,857.90 – ₹64,964.53 per month
