About the Role
We are seeking skilled and passionate Python Developers with 3+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing remote team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent coding practices, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable Python applications.
• Work with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services as required.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Python Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Python (3.x) and its standard libraries.
• Experience with frameworks like Django / Flask / FastAPI.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, databases (SQL & NoSQL), and ORM tools.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.
• Good knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
Nice to Have
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to front-end technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
