Join a team that’s building the next generation of automotive radar systems to enable safer, zero‑emission mobility. You’ll lead the development of radar front‑end software, collaborating with chipset vendors and cross‑functional product teams.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, integrate, and maintain Radar Front End software for automotive radars.
- Lead full software V‑Cycle: requirement analysis, design, coding, unit and integration testing.
- Debug issues across multiple radar generations, coordinate releases, and support customers.
- Collaborate with chipset vendors for driver integration, joint debugging, and technical discussions.
- Mentor team members, oversee planning and execution, and drive project goals.
- Ensure software quality via code reviews, static analysis, CI/CD, and automated tests.
What You Need
- 10+ years embedded software development, debugging, and log analysis.
- Strong expertise in Embedded C and processor architecture (TI/NXP preferred).
- Hands‑on experience with radar chipset drivers and hardware‑software bring‑up.
- Proficient in reading datasheets, TRMs, schematics, and safety manuals.
- Familiarity with functional safety concepts and relevant industry standards.
- Experience using Lauterbach, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and similar test equipment.
Good to Have
- Basic experience with MATLAB scripting and GTest framework.
- Knowledge of make‑file based build systems.
- Familiarity with AI‑assisted development environments.
