Regional Manager – Partner Office – Ludhiana at Aditya Birla Group
Aditya Birla Group is a large Indian multinational conglomerate, and their financial services arm provides a range of insurance and financial planning products to customers across the country. We’re looking for someone to help grow their network of business partners in the Punjab region.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for building a strong team of partners – these are essentially franchise owners who will help us reach more customers through their own networks of advisors. You’ll need to find people willing to invest in setting up a small office and building a team. A big part of the job is finding new types of businesses to partner with, beyond the usual financial institutions, and expanding our reach into new areas.
You’ll be training and supporting these partners and their teams, making sure they have the knowledge and tools to attract advisors and customers. You’ll also be responsible for recruiting and developing your own team of people with strong sales and business development skills. This includes designing sales incentives and working with the main office to tailor our products and services to the local market.
We’re looking for someone with good communication skills and ideally, some experience in sales, business development, or channel management. You should be comfortable with building relationships and working towards targets. Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus.
This position is based in Ludhiana, Punjab and requires you to work onsite. The salary for this role is not specified in the original listing.
