Job Description
• Maintain and enhance/customize Suite/ SugarCRM management platform and its integrations to other internal and external systems.
• Act as Level 1 support and address system bugs and other operational issues within SLAs.
• Liaise with business users and other teams and perform the following :
• Gather, document and analyse business requirements.
• Develop solution and review with users.
• Develop functional, technical and integration specifications including data specifications.
• Build and perform unit testing and SIT.
• Liaise with users for UAT.
• Release changes to production.
• Provide clear and timely status reporting.
• Make recommendations on how to use SCRM features and functionalities and other automation tools to improve processes and outcomes for the business.
• Perform PHP development and administer and maintain other web applications as assigned.
Required Skills
• Minimum of 3 years experience with the Suite/ SugarCRM platform and development preferably 8.x versions.
• Strong experience in Apache, MySQL, PHP, HTML/HTML5, CSS, jQuery, javascript.
• Experience with PHP SOAP web service and API integration with external applications.
• Experience in Linux OS, unix command and shell scripts.
• Experience in using AzureDevOps and/or git repository and git commands.
• Good communication skills and ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
