ROR Developer – Nagpur
Join a high‑growth engineering team building a scalable, resilient SaaS platform. You’ll own end‑to‑end feature delivery, uphold clean‑code standards, and work hand‑in‑hand with product and DevOps to ship production‑ready solutions.
What You’ll Do
Deliver new Rails features with clean, maintainable code.
Build and optimise APIs, background jobs, and third‑party integrations.
Design robust ActiveRecord models and tune SQL queries.
Enforce separation of concerns using service objects and modular architecture.
Diagnose and resolve production issues with fast root‑cause analysis.
Collaborate with QA, Product and DevOps to ensure sprint and release readiness.
Implement caching, performance tuning, and security hardening across the codebase.
What You Need
2+ years of hands‑on Ruby on Rails development.
Strong grasp of MVC, ActiveRecord, and RESTful API design.
Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL and query optimisation.
Familiarity with background processing (Sidekiq or Resque).
Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript for full‑stack tasks.
Experience writing unit tests using RSpec or Minitest.
Good to Have
Redis caching and performance profiling tools.
Docker, AWS or CI/CD pipeline experience.
Exposure to microservices, GraphQL or advanced architectural patterns.
