What You’ll Do
Build custom objects, fields, validation rules, and flows.
Develop Apex classes, triggers, LWC/Aura components, and Visualforce pages.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
Configure and enhance CPQ/Billing and Revenue Cloud quoting processes.
Automate agent workflows and optimize Omni‑Channel routing in Agentforce.
Write Apex test classes to achieve full code coverage.
Participate in Agile ceremonies: story writing, sprint planning, and daily scrums.

What You Need
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or equivalent.
Salesforce Administrator + Platform Developer I & II certifications (CPQ/Revenue Cloud a plus).
≥5 years of Salesforce development across Sales, Service, Experience clouds, and CPQ.
Strong Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and Flow expertise.
Hands‑on experience with Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing) and Agentforce.
Proven integration work using REST/SOAP and middleware such as MuleSoft.
Familiarity with unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.

Good to Have
CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud Consultant certification.
Service Cloud Consultant certification.
Experience with AI‑driven service processes.
