As a Salesforce Developer at our company, you will be responsible for contributing to the design, development, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce applications. Your main role will involve implementing enhancements, integrations, and workflows that align with our business objectives. We are seeking a candidate with 2-4 years of Salesforce development experience who can work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer for at least 2 years.
– Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL.
– Working with Salesforce configuration tools such as flows, process builder, and validation rules.
– Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integrating external systems.
– Understanding of Salesforce security model, profiles, and permission sets.
– Efficient use of Salesforce Developer Console, VS Code, Git, and other development tools.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications Required:
– 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
– Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL.
– Experience with Salesforce configuration tools (flows, process builder, validation rules).
– Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and external system integrations.

The company prefers candidates with the following qualifications:
– Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a plus).
– Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
– Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
– Experience in at least one large-scale Salesforce implementation project.,
