Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and configuration of SAP ABAP applications
Act as the primary point of contact and oversee end-to-end project delivery
Actively participate in team discussions and offer innovative solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure quality outcomes
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers
Perform code reviews, optimization, and ensure adherence to ABAP best practices
Must-Have Skills
2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP Development
Strong understanding of SAP modules and system integrations
Expertise in developing custom reports, interfaces, enhancements
Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 is a big plus
Solid debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
Requirements
Minimum 15 years of full-time education
Strong communication and leadership skills
Willing to work from Nagpur location
