Job Title: SAP R3 Technical Developer
Experience:
3 to 6 years (Max Budget: ₹20 LPA)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SAP R3 Technical Developer with strong hands-on experience in ABAP development and customization of SAP R/3 systems. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in core technical areas including RICEF, OO ABAP, and SAP enhancements, with good exposure to SD module processes and integration technologies like OData, Web Services, and Proxies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, enhance, and maintain RICEF components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
• Implement and maintain SAP Notes (S-Note).
• Create and manage Data Dictionary (DDIC) objects such as Tables, Structures, Views, and View Clusters.
• Perform complex debugging and root cause analysis across SAP systems.
• Design and support IDoc interfaces and BADI/RFC implementations.
• Develop requirement routines, user exits, and enhancement points as per business needs.
• Collaborate with functional teams on the SD module, especially in areas such as:
• VOFM routines
• Output determination
• Pricing logic
• Build scalable applications using Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP).
• Design and consume OData services and Web services/Proxies.
• Utilize Eclipse-based ABAP development tools and follow ABAP 7.5 syntax best practices.
• Conduct ATC checks, apply performance tuning techniques, and follow secure coding practices.
• Manage system locks and monitor SAP transactions like SM12.
Good to Have:
• Experience with Adobe Forms development.
• Understanding of S/4HANA transformation concepts and compatibility.
