School ERP Development (Sr. Software Developer) — Product Development Lead – School ERP / EdTech – Mohali | Full-Time / Consultant
Drive the end-to-end development of a next-generation School ERP product with full technical ownership and leadership. This role offers the chance to architect EdTech solutions in Mohali while significantly influencing product strategy.
What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end School ERP product development and enhancement.
Own product architecture, technical roadmap, and scalability.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to turn business requirements into solutions.
Design, develop, and optimize application architecture codebases.
Drive innovation through features and continuous improvements.
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
What You Need
7+ years in software product development.
Experience building School ERP or EdTech products.
Strong experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise software.
Hands-on expertise with Backend (.NET, Java, Node, PHP).
Proficiency in Frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Strong knowledge of Cloud (AWS/Azure), databases, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies and REST APIs.
Good to Have
Understanding of school administration processes like Fee Management.
Experience with cloud-native applications and deployment automation.
Exposure to AI-driven features and analytics dashboards.
