Senior Cloudera Developer / Technical Lead – Bengaluru | Full‑time
Design and build enterprise‑grade data platforms on Cloudera for a fast‑growing analytics team. You’ll own end‑to‑end pipelines, ensure performance and security, and mentor engineers while shaping the technical direction of the data ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
Architect, develop, and maintain large‑scale Cloudera data platforms.
Lead data ingestion, processing, and analytics pipeline implementation.
Drive technical decisions, enforce best practices, and set governance standards.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
Monitor platform health, optimize resource usage, and troubleshoot complex issues.
Coordinate upgrades, deployments, and production roll‑outs.
What You Need
10+ years of hands‑on experience with Cloudera ecosystem.
Proven track record leading a full module or workstream independently.
End‑to‑end project lifecycle ownership, from design to production.
Strong architecture and design decision‑making skills.
Production deployment experience on Hadoop/Cloudera stacks.
Ability to document solutions and contribute to standards.
The Opportunity
