Position Overview
Ralph Lauren is looking for an experienced, self-directed, and highly motivated developer with expertise in SFCC’s OCAPI and SCAPI to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of OCAPI and SCAPI code. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Design, and Mobile App Engineering, to create seamless and innovative mobile experiences for Ralph Lauren’s customers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain SCAPI and OCAPI for mobile application integration.
• Contribute to the planning, development, and ownership of new tasks, applying your skills and insights in design and engineering.
• Agile Planning: Works with Product Management / Business Partners to understand the challenges that customers and end users face in their day-to-day work and partner with them to design viable solutions
• Take ownership of the delivery and execution process. Forge new paths forward and take responsibility for your work.
• Continuously learn, improve, and share knowledge, providing constructive feedback to team members and embracing challenges
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
• Experience in developing OCAPI and SCAPI within Salesforce Commerce Cloud Framework is required.
• Hand-on experience with microservices development using Node.js and GraphQL is required.
• Experience in RESTful APIs and integration of APIs into Mobile App is required.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and Postman.
• Experience in working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts.
• Hand-on experience with Headless projects is a plus.
